Why local storage matters
Some surveillance vendors host your footage on their cloud and decide who else can access it. Our default is local storage on hardware you own, with an auditable access log. If you ever want cloud replication, you can add it. If you don't, nobody else gets in. That's the whole point.
How pricing works
Year 1 bundles everything. Year 2+ is monitoring only.
Year 1 pricing covers hardware, installation, and monthly monitoring in a single flat monthly payment — no large upfront cost. After 12 months, hardware and installation are fully paid off and your rate drops to the Year 2+ monitoring-only price. Hardware remains your property after the contract period. All plans require a 12-month initial agreement.

Common questions
- What does it cost to install security cameras for a small business in East Texas?
- Our Starter camera package begins at $89/month in year one — that bundles two cameras, a local NVR with 30-day recording, remote viewing, and monthly health checks. After the 12-month agreement, pricing drops to $40/month for monitoring only. Larger systems with solar poles, multi-building coverage, or enclosed network gear are scoped after a site survey.
- Do you store our camera footage in the cloud?
- No. By default, all footage is stored on a local NVR on your property. You control it entirely. Cloud replication is available if you want it — but it is not the default and is not required by any plan.
- Are you a licensed security contractor in Texas?
- Physical security installs are led by a licensed installer holding a Texas Electronic Access Control credential. Our Texas DPS Class B Security Contractor license is currently in process — we will update this page when it is issued.
- How long does a typical camera installation take?
- A standard 2–4 camera install at a single-story commercial space typically takes one day. Larger jobs — solar poles, conduit runs, enclosed networking gear, or multi-building — take two to three days. We give you a written scope of work before the job starts.
- Can you integrate with our existing alarm system?
- It depends on the system. UniFi cameras and access control work alongside most modern alarm systems, but direct integration requires knowing the brand and model. We will tell you what is possible during the discovery call, not after the install.
- Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?
- We provide 24/7 health monitoring for your camera and access system — if a camera goes offline or a controller loses connectivity, we catch it. Footage review and incident response are handled on-call. Live human-reviewed monitoring (guard-service style) is not a service we offer.
